Wendy Xu Mo
Ms. Mo is licensed to practice law by the State of New York. Her practice focuses exclusively on immigration law. Ms. Mo has over ten years of professional experience in the field of immigration and has assisted numerous clients to obtain their green cards through a wide range of visa categories. Ms. Mo is particularly experienced in employment-based and investment-based immigration. She has extensive experience in handling EB1, EB2, EB3 and EB5 immigrant visa petitions, as well as visa petitions for non-immigrant workers such as H1B, L1, E1/E2, etc.
Ms. Mo’s EB5 clients include regional centers, migration agents, and individual investors from a wide range of industries, including full service restaurants, fast food franchises, energy, automobile, real estate, and trading. Ms. Mo has also successfully helped clients in the field of science, art, education, medicine, business, sports, etc. get their green cards through EB1A.

Ms. Mo earned her bachelor’s degree in law at China Eastern University of Politics and went on to earn a Master of Law degree at the Chicago-Kent College of Law in International Law. Ms. Mo is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the New York State Bar Association. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Adams concentrates on obtaining US employment authorization for premier foreign talent in the private and nonprofit sectors.
Mr. Adams began his immigration career in 2016 by arguing and winning an asylum trial in Federal Court for a Moroccan refugee fleeing severe LGBTQ persecution. He subsequently worked at different prominent business immigration law firms, where he achieved the successful approval of hundreds of employment-based visas, including H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, E-2s, E-3s, EB-1s, EB-2s, EB-3s, etc.
Mr. Adams previously served in the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where he represented many indigent clients in state courts for criminal defense matters.

Yifan Xu is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. She received her LL.B. in Intellectual Property Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. She later earned her LL.M. from the University of Southern California. With nearly six years of professional experience, Ms. Xu is highly skilled in legal writing and has substantial experience handling EB-1A and NIW cases, with a strong record of approvals. She also has extensive experience with H-1B, EB-2/EB-3, L-1, EB-1C, and family-based petitions.
Tianyi Geng (Dennis)
